Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility: We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and other consumables
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products

Initiation of Return:  To start a return, you can contact us at orders@deweffect.com. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Refund Exceptions: Refunds may be subject to certain exceptions:

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged due to misuse, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is a result of our error.
  • In the case of returns for items purchased with a promotional discount or during a sale, the refunded amount will be adjusted to account for the applied discount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
